I am currently in network with some BCBSTX plans. Check back for updates and keep reading for several out-of-network options.

Out of network and private pay options

Targeted Assessment - $1,100

- 6 total hours of services; including 2 hours of face-to-face testing.
-  Best for exploring emotional and behavioral strengths and challenges.

In-Depth Assessment - $1,600

 - 9 hours of services; including 4 hours of face-to-face testing.
- Best for those who may not need academic-specific testing.

Comprehensive Assessment - $2,100

- 12 hours of services; including 6 hours of face-to-face testing.
- Complimentary 30 minute follow up at 6 months.
- Best for those who want a full evaluation, including academic testing.

Out of Network Benefits

- My billing specialist can quickly check your out-of-network (OON) benefits before the first appointment and submit any claims on your behalf at no additional cost to you.
- I will also give you a superbill with a detailed description of services, dates, and CPT codes at the end of testing.

Payment Details

- A $350 scheduling fee is required to book your first appointment. This fee will be applied toward the total balance of the assessment or co-pay/deductible.
- 50% of the remaining balance will be collected the day of the first scheduled testing appointment.
- The remaining balance will be collected the day of the scheduled feedback session.
- I accept cash, check, and credit card, and require all patients to keep a working credit card on file.
- Additional services not covered in the flat fee are billed at my usual hourly rate of $175 and are due at the time of service.

Cancellation Fees

- I kindly request 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show your appointment, you will be charged my full hourly fee for scheduled appointment. Insurance does not cover no-show fees. As a parent of young children, I understand that sometimes last-minute cancellations are unavoidable and exceptions to the cancellation policy may be provided in the case of illness, emergency, or weather-related issues.
- If I must cancel our scheduled appointment, I will do my best to reschedule as soon as possible. If you will be late, I ask that you call as soon as you can so we can figure out if you will be able to be seen as scheduled. If you are more than 20 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule.

Court Appearance Fees

I do not conduct any child custody or forensic evaluations and do not provide expert testimony. My assessment fees do not cover court appearances. If I am subpoenaed as a fact witness to review the results of an assessment, my fees are as follows: $2,000 per day (8 hours total) within a 20-mile radius of my office address. Fees increase as travel requirements increase. Court-related fees are due 5 business days in advance.
